A solid reminder

I just ran across this video and it hit me pretty hard.

We are all creators. We can all be innovators. We have the ideas that can shape the world. We are an elite group who are dedicated to creating and building awesome for the world around us.

Wherever you are on this journey, keep going. We'll all get where we want to be if we work hard, work smart, and work together. Here's to 2015, BuSo.

This goes right back to the awareness of incompetence and the "valley of the tears" where work becomes a real grind (and where most people quit). Pushing through that hard time is what separates the professionals from the wannabe's. Great video, thanks for the share.
