1) Have a project that has dozens of really interesting, high-quality, unique videos featuring one of the site's authors and a new 1-2 going up each week. Only a few thousand views on the channel and ~10 subscribers. The site gets traffic but haven't made any big pushes for the YT channel.
2) Have another project that I'm going to be creating a Youtube channel for once I have a few videos ready, these won't be as interesting (Just by virtue of the niche and not having a charismatic host on-screen in all sorts of awesome places), but looking to build this channel up as well...
Looking for some advice from people who have created YT properties from the ground up... Any tips or tricks will be much appreciated.
