Announcing BuSo Badges

Hey Builders,

Badges are a piece of flair that you can show-off next to your username. They're similar to trophies but they're a lot more rare and harder to come by. Badges will signify special events and huge accomplishments. There are dozens of trophies but as of right now, there is only one Badge to earn...

The first BuSo Badge is the Boot Camp badge.

This badge is awarded for being selected to participate in a BuSo Boot Camp, the first of which being the Traffic Leaks Boot Camp hosted by @CCarter. If you aren't a participant in the Traffic Leaks Boot Camp, you'll have opportunities to earn this badge during future Boot Camps.

Here's what Badges look like in the wild...

New Badges will be few and far between, but we have a big announcement coming very soon which includes information on how to get your first badge if you aren't in the Boot Camp.

FAQ (Even though this is brand new and nobody has asked any of these questions yet...)
Q) What do Badges... do?
A) They're a form of prestige, and recognition for participation and accomplishments here at BuSo.

Q) Will they have more functions in the future? Access to hidden passageways?
A) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Q) How many Badges will there be to collect?
A) Not very many at all.

Q) Will everyone have a chance to earn every badge?
A) For the most part, yes, however there will be some unique badges created for very special circumstances and achievements.

This badge is awarded to BuSo Pro members.
