Any other Ideas for a SEO Landing page?

Hey Buds,

I going to put up a landing page that generates leads for CNAs (nursing asst) in my state.
I'm thinking i need an SEO Friendly, Blogging style 'Word Press' template that i can use to land on page 1.

• Is WP the best for 'Fast Creation' of a Landing Page?
• Which WP Theme do you like?
• Any other ideas for a SEO Landing page?
