Anyone combining blog posts & youtube?

I have a website and YT channel in my niche. The channel has around 36K subs over 4 years (it's a small niche - the largest is around 100K). It's given me way more than I expected, particularly notice from companies willing to send products for free when they simply weren't when I only had the website. Does require a lot of work though.

My question is in terms of scaling. Has anyone been able to both a website and youtube channel by hiring. I've tried before but found the quality to be so much lower than my own that it's just not worth it. Cheers.

Pay people more. That's the answer. It's always the answer. No amount of direction can help when someone just doesn't give a damn.
