Anyone got an ICP License for China? How did you do it?

I need to enter the Chinese market. From my research, an ICP license is necessary to rank in Baidu. It's basically a number at the footer of the site which is the Chinese Communist Party's seal of approval. In order to have one, you need a server that's hosted in China and approved by the CCP, have a Chinese talk to the CCP for you, and a few other really, really weird steps.

Anyone gotten one already? Know of a contact in China who'll help me get one? Let me know.
