Anyone here with any agency experience or run an agency?

Hey, I see a lot of demand for link building. Not the BHW $7 for 1,000 links type. For the high quality outreach or digital PR type.

For outreach, I know I can find Filipinos, train them, and run a team from the Philippines. For digital PR, I have ideas here but would need more support to run a digital PR team. I still don't know how to make a good looking agency website or how to close client calls or how to manage clients.

Anyone have any experience here?

You don't need a website.
You need to be fun to party with and go to cool shit.
Good clients buy from people they like and don't mind leaving some margin if you can do a decent job.

People trying to make the whole agency thing work via other methods are crazy.
