Anyone in Dubai? What kind of license to get if you are in the publishing business?

Anyone here from Dubai or the Emirates? In in the process of setting up my freelance business from here and would like to know what kind of license to get? What I'm particularly concerned about is the license that would allow for buying and selling websites without any hassle.

The agents I'm talking to don't seem to know all that much about this
