Are These Deleted Domains Worth It?

Recently I made some domain research to find niche relevant deleted domains and got huge success with this project.

But I have doubt about these domains because it gets only really low Moz (DA, PA) & Majestic TF, CF metrics. If i get above DA 10, then it won't have any TF but got some CF metrics.

I would rather have a brandable name (And you can find plenty on dropped lists or even ones that haven't been regged before).

I guess it depends what your goal is for the site, but I wouldn't really want to build a site on something like 24-hr-fitness.org.

If the goal is flipping the names, I don't see any value in any of them, unless you're building a museum of relics from the era of the exact match domain goldrush. I'm guessing at least some of these have been hammered by spam at some point in their lives, too. Also, a few of these could get you into some trademark issues.

Here are a few that are available to register, that have recently dropped. Not saying these are gems or anything, but just to give you an idea of some other options, this is about 5 mins of looking, so imagine if you really dug.

I didn't check your specific domains listed on Majestic - and I know everyone will point out these are 3rd party metrics for SEO but if has no TF but high CF that's a major red flag and I would steer clear of those. There maybe some exceptions but it's a pretty good general rule.

Domains are dropped daily so you just have to keep checking since it sounds like you're going to simply use these domains as a type of PBN site or some way to boost your main money site.

I tested my major blog with Top 100 alexa backlinks and got 0 TF & 21 CF., Do you think this site got huge red flag. Nope and I came to conclusion that if we got high CF means we got some No Follow links. ie., If it shows referred domain as 100 for CF 21 with 0 TF, this is not red flag & we got some No Follow links from High authority sites. That's why we got CF high rather than TF...

I'm assuming that you're looking to buy these up for PBN purposes? If so, I can tell you that I have a lot of success paying more attention to the number of referring domains versus a score from a random tool. Of course, you will still have to make sure that you don't have hundreds of spam links pointing at a domain.

If you prefer to use a tool to help you gauge the power of a domain, I find the Ahrefs DR rating to be a better than most of the other tools. It's a bit expensive if you're not already earning from some sites, but there are lots of sites offering group buys to make it more affordable.

Another affordable option that I've had decent success with is buying the domains via PBNHQ - the catch is that you don't get to see the domain names before you buy, so you often end up with a domain in Dutch or some other random language. Instead, you buy based on metrics and Majestic TTF, and if you've worked with TTF before then you already know that it's not always exactly accurate.

And of course, the best types of domains for your PBNs are those that haven't been dropped, but that's a much higher cost.

Honestly, it depends on your budget. Personally, I wouldn't use them for my projects. But if I was on a tight budget or just starting out and trying to get the hand of things, then I'd give 'em all a shot since they're niche relevant and cheap. That's exactly how I started building out my PBN network. It's a great way to learn and test what works and what doesn't.

You can grow those domains too, but it will take a while and you'll have to put a lot of work in it. It's better to go for domains with higher metrics although they may not be as cheap since they will spare you the hassle.

IMO, they are worthless even from SEO point of view. If you're just trying to make few bucks, then it might work for you but if looking to make some serious money, none of those domains are worth buying it. Focus only on .com domains and that too non-hyphenated one's.

Numbers themselves won't tell you anything. What you need to research is the domain backlinks. Google doesnt give a shit to Majestic metrics, so shouldn't you. All metrics in the world are only a mere sign for you whether it's worth to spend your time for looking at the domain backlinks.
