Builders,
It's been a long time in the works. Some of you guys caught on and began using it. There was a critical piece of functionality that wasn't ready yet, but it's now live!
What system is this?
A large aspect of this community is supporting each other not only with advice but the actual buying, selling, and trading of services in the Marketplace. The goal is to make it very easy to vet each other on the forum so that you can make an informed decision before purchasing or selling.
How to Know You've Been Left Feedback
When you receive a feedback rating, you'll an alert like this (you can also choose to receive private conversation notices in your profile settings):
How to Read a Builder's Feedback Comments
There are several ways to access this feature in order to leave or read feedback. The easiest is to look in the Postbit for the user you're interested in:
At the bottom you see Rating, which is the net number of positive minus negative transactions performed by a user. That number, in this case the number 1, is clickable.
By clicking this number, you will be taken to the users Profile and directly to his or her Trader Rating tab. Here, you can read all of the "Short Reviews," click those reviews to be taken to a page all about that transaction. This page will guide you to the thread in which the transaction occurred and display a much longer comment if the user chose to leave those. Both are optional, but the short review is not.
Also, for a quick overview of how someone is doing, you can view the following panel in their profile as well:
This may save you time if there is no negative feedback. My suggestion is that if you see any negative feedback, filter for those ratings and read any longer reviews associated with those transactions if they are there to get a fuller picture of the situation.
Reporting & Contesting Feedback
Remember, there are always two sides to every story. While you can't leave a retort to a review in your profile, you can report any abuse of the system or unfair reviews by clicking the "report" button on that particular review. The moderation team will be notified of any negative review immediately regardless, but don't let that stop you from raising any concerns if you feel the need.
How to Leave Feedback and Give a Trader Rating
To leave a member feedback, click their rating number (or visit their profile, go to the trader tab, and click "View Trading Profile" at the bottom of the tab's information) and you'll find the "Add Feedback" button as seen at the top right of this picture:
You'll be asked to choose if you were the Buyer, Seller, or if it was a Trade. Then you can choose if you had a positive, neutral, or negative experience. Then you can leave the short review and an optional longer review. Piece of cake!

Alternatively, if the member doesn't currently have any feedback, you can click their username and on the black lightbox that appears choose "View Trading Profile." From here, locate the button "Add Feedback" near the top right of the profile page.
