Hey Guys! I am looking for suggestions on tools to use for a project that I am working on.

I basically need to create a bunch of new WordPress blogs from scratch, upload theme from list of themes I have, create the basic privacy policy and such pages, and then would like to post 5-10 random posts from a list of posts that I have.

Does anyone know any software that would be good to accomplish this task, or would I be better off just hiring a VA?
 
It sounds like you're wanting to highly bot this, in which case I'd just use cPanel and bot Softaculous or whatever it's called it do the install, then bot an upload and activation of something like Backup Buddy.

From there you can import a base install of all the themes and plugins you want to use. They can all already be set up how you want.

Then it's just a matter of choosing which theme you want to use.

You can even bot posting with XML-RPC.
 
Wp CLI and shell script. Been there done that.
