It's being said that 'Fake' viral news headlines on Facebook and Google helped Trump get elected.

No doubt these massive far right facebook pages that link to these blogs and go viral on FB are owned by IM'ers.

I was actually thinking of doing this exact same thing early on when I saw Trumps popularity. Create a Trump fan page of some sort, grow it with ads and post right wing meme's to get tons of organic followers. Create a blog and post ridiculous headlines that the baby boomers on Facebook are sure to spread like wildfire.

Pretty wild.

Debatable. But I'd say without a doubt, yes they did. They're still at it too. But now their focus has changed to raising tensions between the Hillary and Trump supporters, and it's working very well.
