Do Google redirects have value?

Just wondering if someone has tested if Google's redirects pass juice/page rank?

E.g. https://images.google.com/url?q=https://yourwebsite.com

My answer is no. Google knows those aren't real links. They're auto-generated, for one. The other is Google created them. Surely they know to discount them.

This trick used to be around for .edu and .gov sites too. Any site that has a "heads up, you're leaving our site to an external site" auto-generated interstitial page likely has those links discounted at this point.

But it seems people are using them to fool companies with SEO metrics like Ahrefs, Moz, Majestic, etc. They're used by scammers to fool you as a buyer.
 
They are pretty much worthless unless you want to fake your DR / DA like Ryuzaki said.
