Hey, this is a question I've been meaning to ask entrepreneurs for a long time :
Do you spend your entire day in the office/personal time or do you also go the gym to blow off some steam and get ripped in the process?
I've been reading a lot regarding fitness and nutrition lately, and 3 months ago I've started to follow a SL 5x5 routine by the letter, and my only wish is being able to work out more than 3 times a week. If you do work out, what is your routine, nutrition and motivation?
