Does Anyone Know A Wordpress Plugin That Does Background Checks?

A friend of mine does criminal background checks. I'm wondering if there are any wordpress plugins that scrapes or provides information to people doing a background check. Does anyone know any wordpress plugins? Or would it be better to go with a custom route of getting a developer.
