Drawing a blank

Wondering if someone could give a quick hand here? I'm pretty sure I've tried using pop unders before, but for the life of me, I can't remember how to implement it on wordpress... I'm drawing a complete blank.

Could anyone that's smarter than me (that's just about everyone), tell me where I implement the code, because I've tried a few different places, and for the life of me, I can't seem to get it to work.
