Facebook Group Scraping

If someone buys a scraped list of emails from a Facebook group to create an audience, does FB have ways of knowing if the custom audience uploaded is scraped?

I would guess that FB could stick a fake profile or two in each group so they'd know if a list was scraped.

As for seeing if a list is legit, you can always manually check a few names. That's about the best you can do.
