You The Builder (pictured above) have hopefully won the first two rounds against 2017. If not, what's your problem? February is officially gone (review your posts!)

We're wrapping up the first quarter already. I don't know about you but it's flying by for me and I'm trying to cram as much work down 2017's throat as I can.

I just made February, the historically low month for us, look like November and December, the high months, money-wise. What do you think this holiday season is going to look like for me?

Are you working towards absolutely crushing it or are you pitter-pattering around like a moron, watching movies, hanging out every night with the crew wasting money you could be reinvesting... or even worse, moping around like a sack of worthlessness, feeling worthless due to your worthless condition instead of fighting to change it?

Because that's what we all should be doing, no matter our current circumstance. We must fight to change and create the life we want. NOBODY can do it for you. No magic formula, no guru e-book... hell... everything you need is free in the Digital Strategy Crash Course and I only see a few people truly applying it. You can be your own best friend or your own worst enemy. The responsibility is yours.

What are you going to do about all of this in March?​
 
Goals For March
Everything revolves around my new project.
  • Finish market research and select a niche.
  • Have come up with a long term plan for the site using the framework I mentioned here.
  • Developed the basic structure for stage 1 of my new site.
  • Have bought the domain and hosting for the new site.
  • Set up the basics on the site so it's ready to start producing content.
 
Goals for March
• Flip my first site
• Prepare 10 money content pages ready for outsourcing
• Prepare 20 – 30 supporting articles ready for outsourcing
• Create a monster piece of content for outreach purposes
• Conduct an outreach campaign with this content

  • Ebook ready for capturing emails

Goals for March
- Plan and implement Custom fields for the site
- Implement uses for Custom fields.

Content goals:
Minimum goal:
20 new full pages
20 news items
10 supplementary pages

Contionue to research competitors.
 
Main Project:
  • Content - Publish as fast as I can. I have guest posts and paid writers sending stuff in faster than I can post. It's a great problem. This is all I need to focus on here.
  • Links - They're coming in all natty at a good rate and I have a couple people getting me some big links on big sites with outreach and connections.
  • Homepage Redesign - This needs to finally happen. I get a lot of return and new traffic to the homepage now. Time to make it more useful.
Quick Flip:
  • Links - Buy some. I traded with a connection and his link shot my way forward. I need to seal the deal with a small purchase and see how it settles.
JV Site:
  • Content - We ordered and I posted two new pieces to rank for 8 main keywords and a million long-tails. They were indexed yesterday and already showing great signs.
  • Links - We'll be slowly dripping links in to these two pages. It's all I care about. The rest of the 300+ pages on the site are a facade to wrap around these two pages. It's aged and has some legit, relevant links around the domain. Not much but enough to hyper-focus now and get paid.
That's all she wrote. Everything and everyone else that isn't a part of my inner-inner circle gets nothing out of me. It's time to drive this home. Ultimately the Quick Flip and JV Site will be off my hands too and i'll spend some solid time alone with my baby, the Main Project.

My SEO Empire:
  • Rank and start earning with my current sites (2 Amazon affiliate, 2 ClickBank affiliate, 1 ClickBetter affiliate, 1 SellHealth affiliate)
  • Build another 3 Amazon affiliate sites (SEO campaign will start in April)
My video courses:
  • Create 2 video courses (and document everything here on weekly basis)
  • Create my marketing goals for both courses
SEO services:
  • Keep hustlin'
Personal life goals:
  • Sign up for and start working out at the gym
  • Go to The Netherlands and Belgium (for dancing, sight-seeing, chilling (and keep working there, obviously))
  • Sort out which another 2 countries I want to go to in April (potential candidates are Czech Republic and Norway but I also want to go to Slovenia and Denmark) and book flights, accommodation, etc ...
  • Sort out my diploma (some problems appeared and I don't want to have 5 years wasted as part time student)
  • Keep dancing
  • Keep living to the fullest
 
+ $100 Million in my bank account.
+ Record content production month.
+ Book plane tickets/hotels and finally travel.
+ Possible: Be on the radio.

Round 3/12: If you didn't hustle in Jan or Feb... You've wasted 16% of the year away. 16 fucking percent! The numbers add up FAST and they don't lie.

A lot to do for the next 10 days:

Project 1:
- Make my application backend and the user interface.
- Test hard for bugs.

Project 2:
- Create website for niche keyword and connect it with CPA offer.
 
Honestly, to get healthy again and find my drive is my goal for March - I've been down with a really bad flu for 3 weeks and have just started to recover.

For April though I have a site in the works I want to launch for 4/20, I'll let you guys guess the niche.

  • Links - They're coming in all natty at a good rate and I have a couple people getting me some big links on big sites with outreach and connections. - Fine and well. Not even looking at any checkers lately.
  • Homepage Redesign - This needs to finally happen. I get a lot of return and new traffic to the homepage now. Time to make it more useful. - Not yet, will do it this month on some Saturday.

  • Links - Buy some. I traded with a connection and his link shot my way forward. I need to seal the deal with a small purchase and see how it settles. - Bought some, they were way powerful for the site so I'm not seeing an immediate feedback but a slow improvement, which is fine by me. There's no pressure here.
JV Site:
  • Links - We'll be slowly dripping links in to these two pages. It's all I care about. The rest of the 300+ pages on the site are a facade to wrap around these two pages. It's aged and has some legit, relevant links around the domain. Not much but enough to hyper-focus now and get paid. - Scored one per page and saw immediate boosts to rankings. These posts are already sending clicks to the programs. They're converting leads already. We need higher rankings for higher quality traffic though. We've decided to use all profits for links. That will start us off "small" and as revenue increases so will the link velocity.
 
My goals' results for March:

My SEO Empire:
  • Rank and start earning with my current sites (2 Amazon affiliate, 2 ClickBank affiliate, 1 ClickBetter affiliate, 1 SellHealth affiliate) - check, rankings have not changed much but some sites are ranking on page 1, etc ... made $0.37 on Amazon. It's 37 cents more than in February!
  • Build another 3 Amazon affiliate sites (SEO campaign will start in April) - failed.
My video courses:
  • Create 2 video courses (and document everything here on weekly basis) - failed.
  • Create my marketing goals for both courses - failed.
SEO services:
  • Keep hustlin' - kept hustlin', got clients, all is well here!
Personal life goals:
  • Sign up for and start working out at the gym - fail.
  • Go to The Netherlands and Belgium (for dancing, sight-seeing, chilling (and keep working there, obviously)) - went to Holland. Rotterdam is a shithole, tbh, crack dealers around every single corner! Survived though. Had a great time dancing. Belgium did not happen ... :(
  • Sort out which another 2 countries I want to go to in April (potential candidates are Czech Republic and Norway but I also want to go to Slovenia and Denmark) and book flights, accommodation, etc ... - I will be DJing in Norway. Slovenia is not happening but DJing in Bristol and Birmingham, both are local (UK) to me but DJing and dancing ... happy.
  • Sort out my diploma (some problems appeared and I don't want to have 5 years wasted as part time student) - it's still an on-going process. I think uni screwed up and now they are fixing it.
  • Keep dancing - check.

Didn't get as much done this month as I would have liked to, but I did successfully achieve my main goal for March which was flip my first site. This took up a lot of my time this month, but now I have more funds, more time and more focus to ramp up work on my new site.

Goals for March
