So for those of you who have Apple Music as your audio library, what do you make of the Dolby Atmos mixed tracks?
I wouldn't say I'm an audiophile but I do appreciate good quality recordings and the spatial music takes it to a whole new level. It's like going from SD to 4kUHD on TVs. It's basically surround sound for music. Granted, it's in the early stages and some tracks sound a bit weird but when you hear a well mixed track with headphones it really makes the music come to life.
In the next iOS update they are bringing spatial stereo and head tracking to the 'mix' which is supposed to be incredible.
You can try Apple Music with a 3 month free trial. I'm hooked and they have me for life now
