I've been caught up by school work, anyway i need some advise from you guys.
1.i did some keyword research, used some tools TE to be precise and crossed checked with google keyword planner, so, the keywords i got had 1000 monthly searches and a cpc of $1, i dont know if its correct, since still i,m a newbie i want to monetize it through Adsense, anyway, my first question is how do you find forums that are related to your niche and look @ terms they rank for but are not optimized for so to say?
2. Is there a keyword tool that can indicate if, a niche is penetratable, because most tools are useless @ detecting this, page 1 may contain several parasites indicating that a niche is penetratable but the host domains are old and have many links, so the tools may mark it as HARD.
3. Lastly because of school my funds are limited, honestly can't afford to pay for hosting plus buy a domain, saw @built started a site with a $1, so, @built any help on this? or any member who can stretch a hand and help i will appreciate it.

Coupons are your friend, I got one of those deals with Godaddy where you get a years hosting and a free domain for like $10. Then I leaked as much as I could and didnt worry about seo at all, that way I built up some adsense and amazon revenue to afford better hosting etc

I'd use Google to find the forums and SEMrush to determine which keywords they are ranking highly for, which can be filtered by volume as well.

Not really. They all have a flaw or two and are inconsistent with each other, and it's also subjective in terms of your on-page and off-page abilities. Tools like Market Samurai's SEO Competition module can give you a quick visual snapshot of the top 10, but again it has flaws now especially relating to the on-page side. The game isn't simple enough to boil things down into one competition metric.

If I had the ability to scale content fast, I'd definitely use one of these metrics and just eat the losses where it was wrong. Most of it's going to be right if you're making their job easy by choosing keyword sets you already know aren't crazy strong. Otherwise you need to develop an eye for it and spend the time looking at the top 10. There's no shortcut to doing this properly.

You can always build on a Web 2.0, but I wouldn't. There are $1 servers out there and probably even cheaper, plus registrars happy to give you ridiculously cheap domains on the first year so they can kill you on the 2nd. You're better off using a crap host if you have to, take backups manually, and move up to something better when you can afford it.

Thanks @Ryuzaki , i thought serpwoo could do that since they now have a keyword tool, some should take an advantage and have an edge, anyway thank you for your response.

SerpWoo might. The keyword tool is one I've not actually dug into, which is a shame since I'm in Serpwoo several times daily.

If you're not going all the way manually, then for sure take advantage of a metric like this but just know that it's not going to provide a 100% accurate results. But when working at scale, I'd take 80% accuracy even if it meant 20% of my mass produced content wasn't going to rank.

I'd much rather pull down 300 keywords, pay for 300 articles, and have 250 of them work out than manually investigate 10 keywords and have all 10 rank. Even the ones that don't rank will provide an insane benefit to you with proper interlinking and link acquisition, etc. I'd rather be moving forward fast with failures than forward slowly.

1.That's the question everybody is asking themselves ... what is the minimun montlhy search or the minimum cpc ...
Honestly there is no definite answer. I am less and less convinced those numbers matter in the end.
Think about it, you could have a keyword with 500 searches/month and be competitie like hell with no chance of ranking.

What matters is how much you are willing to do to become successful.
Here is a little inspiration:

For forums @Ryuzaki gave you the answer you need.

2. Start with those Free Extensions for Firefox or Chrome:
MozBar
Majestic Backlink Analyzer
SEOQuake

Those will provide basic metrics: DA/PA/TF/CF, backlinks information. alexa ranking ...
Note perfect but it can give you a quick overview all for free. Obviouly free means they have limitations but it is a start.

Now if you can or when you can invest some funds and want to go dip into more details and analysis,
you will need to get a tool like serpwoo, semrush or LongTailPro or MarketSamurai or something similar.

Now remember those metrics are not perfect at all, they are what they are.
But the point is: do not focus your time on finding perfect metrics, they don't exist.
Look at the basics and go for it. This is how you will learn, nothing better than experience.
