Hi,
I run an online course that has live classes. Currently, I communicate with students through email about course-related stuff. Is there a more direct and quicker way to communicate with them than email?
Most students are from the USA, and a few are from other English-speaking countries like the UK, and Australia. The demographic of students skews towards 40+ with both male and female. I'm looking for ways that would be familiar to older Americans. Some of my students are really old like 70+.
If it was a younger demographic I guess I could have used Discord.
I want to turn groups of students into batch-based cohorts and communicate with them like a chat (FB messenger-like). All ideas are welcome.
