How do you outsource your social media activities?

Hi guys,

I am taking on a VA for a project of mine where we have quite a few posts each day posted and I need them promoted through social media. How do you guys outsource this activity without providing the actual logins to your social media accounts?

Facebook & G+ you can add managers and restrict what they can do (ex. only post content). Otherwise I just use Hootsuite for everything else which allows you to create teams which you just invite them too. Programs like Hootsuite would also let you know (only in the backend) who from the team posted what, plus way more.

I read a while back that using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc, to post to Facebook reduces their reach. Don't know if it's true or not, never investigated it further. Do you know if it's true?

Not true from me testing it

Yeah I thought that Hootsuite should be the way to go but wanted to check if anyone else has any other suggestions.
