Hello everyone, I am new here. Pleased to meet all of you. I directly want to ask a question.

I have experience with managing reviews and getting more reviews for a company. Recently I won a contest for a brokerage office. Now I want to expand and seek for potential customers. How would any one of you do this? Where would you start?

The first thing I'd do is try to leverage my network of marketers. I'd ask them all if they know of anyone who is looking for help with their online reviews, or if they hear of someone that you're open for work and have some nice credentials showing you're among the best.

Meanwhile, since that's just planting seeds and won't provide immediate work, I'd begin advertising myself and my skillset. That can mean opening a thread on forum marketplaces like here on BuSo, so you begin to get exposure. A lot of people will see it, and may not bite immediately, but when the need arises they'll remember you and come back as long as you're still advertising, which means you're open for business. You can also find job boards around, use PPC advertising, do physical mail outs to local companies, pick up the phone and start making calls, etc.

You could also consider becoming the in-house review guy for an agency and let them find you work, or you could become that guy for a company.

It'll probably help if you have some form of professional website presenting yourself, skills, and accomplishments, along with several methods of contacting you, so people can mull it over and make the decision over a period of time.

You can also hit up local Meetups and start meeting business people and pass out business cards and meet and greet face to face.

Yes, exactly. I will make a website and do my very best do attract some customers. For now I will just look where to start, analyze some and start making a website. After that I will start to advertise myself and see if things will work out.
