I hate the flu season

I've been a miserable ball of phlegm and coughing since last Tuesday.

Went to the doc on Wednesday - was given a big bag of drugs, and told to stay away from work until check up on Monday.
He cleared me today, but most of last week was spent sleeping, coughing and sneezing.
At least the shivers and fever stopped after two days of antibiotics.

So - modern pharma for the win.

I'm back.

I'm starting to get sick since I started going hard in the gym again. Makes me hate life lol. Glad you're starting to feel better though.

I had the exact same problem in last fall. It was my last week before deload so I was going really hard at the gym and got cold so I had to start deload earlier. I can`t say for sure that it was because if gym, but I bet it was major contributing factor for that.
