Is There an Optimal Number of Products to List on a Review Article to Boost Conversions?

For those of you monetising through affiliate link reviews, have you figured out what an optimal number of products is to review?
I'd guess that having too little products will have readers bouncing to look for more options, whereas too many reviews would seem a bit indecisive and non-authorative.

5 seems to work for me. I have tried creating review pages with 10 products, but it was double the work and there was no noticeable increase in earnings, in fact it performed slightly worse than my normal pages. This could be due to the fact of giving the reader too much choice, and then they go onto another site to narrow it down.

I have as few as 3 or as many as 10 on a page and both convert well.

Not as important as making the Top Choice stand out and be featured close to the beginning of the text.

Would you recommend any wordpress plugin for easier product reviews? Not one product review, but several products on the same page.
