I am looking to learn more about marketing and advertising for law firms and attorneys. I have done a good amount of research in my specific state but would like to learn more about the lead generation process, any personal experiences/tips, plus any recommendations. (For example, if Avvo is worth the cost)

I do legal sales and marketing for a firm in a legal niche and Google Ads alone simply delivers enough work for two lawyers not looking (I think) to expand.

But our niche isn't typical - like divorce, immigration, DUI, etc. lawyers in competitive niches.

Not 100% sure, but I think Avvo is more of a lawyer's resource than for people looking for legal help.

I've also discovered there are legal marketing gurus out there who absolutely kill it, delivering straight-forward marketing direction to small law firms.
