If you're a Media.net person and not logging into your account or getting the emails, they're getting rid of Paypal altogether and moving to Payoneer. Here's the info from the email:

Due to increasing challenges working with PayPal, we will not be supporting PayPal as a payment option going forward with immediate effect.
We require your immediate attention to sign up with Payoneer (a global payments provider already used by many of our publishers worldwide).

If you're making any substantial amount of money and want to keep your payments coming, you'll need to switch before the payout period ends, or I suspect wait for the next one and get a double payment.
