I know this is a marketing forum, not a movie forum... But this is the water cooler section, so bite me!

In my movie recommendation thread, I posted that I'm going to try watching a movie a day. I'm doing to use this thread to keep track. Just cos.

3. 21 Jump Street
4. Premium Rush
5. Good Morning Vietnam
6. Jumanji
7. The Legend of Drunken Master
8. Moonrise Kingdom

So these are ones you've already watched?

#7, Drunken Master, was that the original or the remake? The original is one of the best movies I've ever seen, no matter the genre. It was a well balanced movie of characters, story, plot, and action. Jumanji is amazing. It's an intricate concept that could be much more if yanked out of the children's genre. I've not heard of Moonrise Kingdom, but it sounds like it could be martial arts. I will look that up in a moment. Training Day was interesting having just recently seen it. Denzel made a good bad guy.

The original Drunken Master. Moonrise Kingdom is one of those quirky Wes Anderson movies.
