Hi guys - has anyone had an dealing with negotiating, dealing with domain brokers...

Specifically these guys: http://nametra.com

Anyone got any tips? I can never quite tell if these sites are legit - I've called the number and there is an answering phone to leave a message (I called before 5pm - as they appear to be in California).

Is there any other way to find the owner of a domain? I could check the whois history... but i fear that will be a dead end.
