Product Manufacturing Help

Heyo,

I have a website around a fairly unique niche. Great organic traffic and month-over-month growth.

The main brand in this niche stopped selling a "book" sized plastic item that is an essential part of the main product.

This was due to regulatory issues. Others can still sell just this "book" sized item but not the main product bundled with this addon legally.

I have in my possession several of these "book" sized plastic items.

I am getting emails daily asking if I have them in stock with people looking to pay out the ass.

Barely any supply. Tons of demand.

Has anyone had a manufacturer copy a plastic item like this? I can't imagine it requires engineering genius and I have specific product specs, drawings, etc.

What is the best way to get this up and going fast while not having to empty a bank account?

Does anyone have any experience in the product manufacturing space? Could be open to some type of partnership as well.
