Product Page Content For SEO

Hi all,
I've got an affiliate website I'm in the process of adding silo content. Using Avalanche Technique, Kyle Roof tips and KGR.
Question; Do I put 2.5k words (or whatever), content on the bottom of my product pages OR do I build out related silos and point that content to the product pages.

You're building it out more like an ecommerce site, in which case I would tell you to do both.

I've seen studies where a bit of content at the bottom to provide context and on-page targeting does help. But I don't think you need 2.5k words down there. 500 words could get the job done. It also gives chances for interlinking contextually.

Otherwise, you may want blog articles you can use as supporting content, maybe monetize that with affiliate links and display ads, and just give you an entire additional angle of attack.
