The manager will be acting as the project lead, quality assurance, and go-to authority for the technicians below him or her. They also follow the system but run interference between you and the technicians so you can achieve the "four hour work week" (aka free up

This is a paid position. Not a JV but I'm willing to talk if someone wants to do that. Have an authority site that is about to reach the one year mark and we need to scale up linkbuilding, which will be the first project of this manager (we have been doing paid blog placements and old fashioned outreach) who will be working with 2 stateside people and 2 offshore VAs to get the stuff done.
