Recommendations for email hosting for network?

I use Cloudflare a lot just because it helps eliminate a lot of footprints (using it is a footprint too, but w/e). I'm trying to tighten up my networks more and I'm running into an issue/gray area for keeping my server IP hidden while keeping my mail local. Cloudflare says I'm exposing myself.

I use Gmail/Zohoo for some domains, but not for every domain in these networks. Any alternatives to those setups (rather not use Gmail entirely)?

Was thinking of using mxroute.com. Getting good reviews so far and very affordable.

If you're using Cloudflare to hide your IPs you're going to be real surprised when Cloudflare goes down for 10 minutes and leaks all of your IPs. Your server is the backup. Nobody has 100% uptime.
