Recommended Affiliate Software?

I am running an ecomm store and looking to build an in-house affiliate network. The store is running on WooCommerce, and while I realize there are plugin-based options like AffiliateWP, I'd really like to stay away from doing this the plugin route if I can.

Curious if anyone can make a recommendation for a 3rd party service provider that handles this? I am looking at Post Affiliate Pro and Refersion today, leaning towards Post Affiliate Pro.

A few years ago i was running aff program for twindeXator, PAP really ruled back then. Have no idea what is going on in this market now...
