Reddit Expert Wanted

In the old days, you used to be able to hit the Digg home page by working with influencers/people with networks of friends etc.

I'm looking for someone who can help me do that with reddit. I have a few specific subs in mind. I've hit the top of these subs before (purely by accident, the content was really good), and I would like to be able to do it more often and more systematized.

Reddit is very difficult to game and you need real users and the majority of their userbase is anti-spammer. You can however advertise very cheaply on there and receive a lot of clicks.
