Seeking referrals for someone who can create simple, cheap WP local business sites

What up all? I occasionally come across a local business that needs a cheap, simple website, and actually had someone hit me up today for a simple cookie-cutter WP website + SEO. I can build the site myself, but would rather hand it off to someone that can quickly build a local business site via GeneratePress, etc.
