Sharing Social Media Accounts With Your Outsourced Worker

I'd like to outsource both the writing and the social media management part to creating my brand. The latter to build up the page/group/etc so it doesn't look spammy by engaging in discussion with others. However, I would of course need to retain control of these properties while giving this person access to post under the accounts.

I know FB offers admin user roles but I don't see them for Pinterest, and I'm not sure about Twitter. I suppose Tweetdeck is an option.

Should I have them on a VPN? Should we be using different accounts but sharing the same VPN IP so it looks like 1 person the entire time?

How are others solving these issues when working with an outsourced worker?
