I'd like to outsource both the writing and the social media management part to creating my brand. The latter to build up the page/group/etc so it doesn't look spammy by engaging in discussion with others. However, I would of course need to retain control of these properties while giving this person access to post under the accounts.
I know FB offers admin user roles but I don't see them for Pinterest, and I'm not sure about Twitter. I suppose Tweetdeck is an option.
Should I have them on a VPN? Should we be using different accounts but sharing the same VPN IP so it looks like 1 person the entire time?
How are others solving these issues when working with an outsourced worker?
