Social Signals building

I can't find anywhere this has been asked before, but apologies if I am duplicating an earlier post.

I see ranking legends such as Radiant Darkness saying that social signals are an essential part of linking building, and that certainly makes sense. I'd like to know are people building these using automated tools and if so which tools are they using?

I know GSA can post to social platforms but those surely can't carry as much weight as "properly" build out manual social account or a more specialised tool.

neways... people that are faking it are doing it wrong so the q becomes where to get real social and the a is on social networks

who'd have thought hey

what i mean is actually use the social networks like they are intended to and then you will have the most power behind your efforts like follow people engage with them post that that will get shared join communities and groups.

Thanks for the feedback. I get the idea of making it real where possible, but when running automated campaigns to Tier 1 sites for example it won't scale to being building out manual signals to each of those and so on. In the market places on various forums those selling the higher quality spam packages include social signals as part of the package. Are those guys using automated methods or do the economies of scale for them mean they are doing manual social accounts? Just wondering.

There is a huge network called addmefast which is full of bots delivering "social signals".
You might be familiar with it, but the profiles gets points by buying in or performing social actions, like tweeting,following or circle jerking. WHatever.

Then you can use these points to increase your share,like, retweet,follower or whatever count. A good idea is to run your bot profiles, and then set up a "Page" where you request tweets, like etc. In case of twitter, you could specify the text the bots would tweet. That's where hashtags come in.

This is an imacro shared on BHW, not mine, so dont expect support. Runs with firefox and imacro plugin.

And look around for wait times and increase them. When I started using this thing, it banned 3 accounts straight for me. Sometimes it closed the windows too fast.

Social signals aren't mandatory in order to rank well. In fact, I don't even think they necessarily have much of a boost from a SERP standpoint at all. In my view, social signals help validate the links your site has "earned" in the eyes of Google. What's the chance of your site having links from 500 referring domains, but 0 social shares on twitter, Facebook, and pinterest?

A few light social share I think is essential on a new site to show that you are sharing/showing friends + family.
