Hey all...
Situation:
moneysite is a local legit cleaning business.
It was hanging around page 3 on google....
I had a similar niche website which had some decent links, and age, so I 301'd it to money site...
After 3 days moneysite hit page 1. Top 3 spots on most keyterms relevant to it..... happy days...
After 7 days moneysite then tanks back to page 3 where it started.
After 14 days still page 3.
The website i 301'd was anchor keyword rich...
My initial thorts were that
1) Google algo somehow learning/leart about 301's used in the manor i used it
2) Google algo penalising money site beacuse the 301 anchors are too keyword heavy (20%)
Any one else experience similar?
a) Should I hold on more time, see what happens
b) should I remove 301 and just that as a buffer site.
c) should i disavow the 301, so technical tell google to ignore it, but somehow keep some juice going
