TeeSpring And Email Subscriptions

Is it possible to gather email optins if you run a teespring campaign?

I.e I was thinking of doing this-

Remarket to Facebook fans of our page, as well as past website visitors ----- > Sell them TeeSpring t-shirt----> Email List ----> Eventual Product Launch

I'm not 100% sure on how TeeSpring works beyond the basics, but do they keep the buyer data to themselves or allow you to have access to the list as well?

I'm just thinking about this because the tank top and design is very well done and I thought it could be a cool little experiment.
