The 400 Hour Workweek?

You have to have systems in place. People talk about:

  • Outsourcing
  • Automation

Which is absolutely true, until you get swamped trying to maintain those systems.

Another key is system analysis, key performance indicator tracking, and bottle-neck removing. You don't want to end up a slave to a larger system.

Once you get it as tight as you can and you still need more work done, you get employees.

At this point, if you aren't carrying around a money bag like me, you're doing it wrong.

@mrmoneybags I don't have much money to outsource right now; what would you recommend as far as freeing up more time?

Jokes aside, I would rank my tasks in terms of importance. Those that will have the most impact on my bottom line. Then I'd do those first. That'll get you closer to being able to outsource things quicker than trying to do everything every day. This way, if not everything gets done, the most important stuff did get done!
 
Easy -
  • Limit checking emails
  • Outsource tasks
  • Automate tasks (Bots, Scripts etc)
  • Use a time management tool and focus on projects with it, i.e. Trello
