So I have found myself in a new situation and I'm looking for the sage advice from my brethren here on BuSo. My agency has 60ish local clients all running WordPress. We have a local designer to handle all the initial design and development. What I need to setup is a system to handle basic site changes and issue after delivery of the initial site. I could do it, but that is a horrible time sink, so I obviously want to outsource this overseas.
In your experience, what is the best system to put in place? The work would be sporadic and non-emergency. I would like to develop a relationship with a few freelancers so that I could always have someone available. I've been looking on Upwork and have made a list of what seems to me like some good prospects but am open to other resources.
Any advice on access is also appreciated. What I was thinking of doing is creating a temporary account as needed, having them log in with that and do the work, then just deleting that account.
