Tips on how to get verified on Baidu?

I have a niche with a big Euro /Asian / Chinese audience and looking to add the site to Baidu Webmaster
had no problems with yandex but Baidu has been difficult mainly due to the phone number verification.

the normal sms verification services have not worked.

anyone have any suggestions on how to get a site verified in Baidu?
