Will Changing Registrar Mess With Rankings?

Hey there BUSO!

I have a few domains with a registrar I don't like. The sites are not hosted with the same company. If I transfer the domain from one registrar to another, without messing with the sites AT ALL. Would you expect to see an impact on rankings?

I don't think you should have any downtime. You won't be changing server IPs or even needing to change the nameservers. So even as the records propagate around saying "hey, we're with this new registrar", the old registrar probably still keeps theirs live for a period of time so traffic still gets pointed to the right nameservers. I've never had downtime from changing registrars, having done it 100's of times.
