My sites also got hit as well. Im more of a grey-hat SEO (using personal CTR software with unique ip and useragents and PBN links sometimes) as that is whats dominating the niche right now. As well, I still use white-hat link building tactics like niche edits and whatnot.

In my testing, some services work, some absolutely do not, and some actually harm rankings. The devil is in the details of how the do it.

I ended up doing it myself using microworkers and it worked great but there was a lot of setup and difficult to scale. Wondering if OP actually has a tool that makes it scalable.

Hey sorry for the late reply, the original thread got deleted it seems and I didnt get a notification.

Its still working to this day, I can't go over specifics as I dont want to burn the method yet. There is a lot of nuances and small things that need to be set correctly otherwise any small fingerprint can flag the CTR clicks as invalid. DM me if you have any questions or want to work together

Since I dont check this forum much, I missed a few DMs (not ignoring anyone, just life is busy with juggling 2 jobs and a side gig). But what I told everyone was I was white labeling https://www.serpempire.com/ but then the recent google update is now able to detect emulated clicks, so I stopped using it. Then saw an FB ad, found a similar service https://scalerankings.com/ that does organic ctr, its not cheap though. So whatever sites you guys are CTRing needs to have a ROI (I was targeting high-ticket local businesses like plumbers and roofers) Hope this helps anyone! Just wish this forum was more active these days.

I would say my success rate with them is around 75%, they claimed 90% for sites that met their pre-req. I used them for around a month now for several client sites. The sites that didnt move the needle as much were newer sites with low DR and 0-15 backlinks. But the sites with higher DR and 15-100 backlinks (real links not spam) did really well, went from position 6 to 1/2 for several $ KW.
